We primarily operate within a 50-mile radius of Houston, with secondary markets in Austin, San Antonio, and College Station during storm seasons.
Yes. New team members go through our onboarding process, which covers our systems, documentation standards, and quality expectations. Ongoing training is part of the role.
Most field positions work Monday through Friday during daylight hours. Weekend and storm-response availability may be required during peak seasons.
Yes. We provide both manufacturer warranties on materials and workmanship warranties on our installations. Coverage details vary by system and scope of work, and all warranty terms are clearly documented upon project completion.
